Steven Ray Carnahan's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Steven Ray Carnahan, 59, of Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, who passed away on October 30, 2014. He was born on August 15, 1955 in Covina, California, where he lived until he was 25 years old. His parents were Bill Ray Carnahan and Joan Louise Pierce; he was the oldest of three children.
Steven attended Cal State Fullerton and after graduation he began his career as a plumbing contractor. Steven married Jocelyn Hidalgo Redona on November 24, 2004 on the island of O‘ahu. He lived in Newport Beach, California and Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. He was open to all loving religions and belonged to the Lahaina Yacht Club and Light Bringers.
Most important events in his life were: the marriage to his beautiful wife, Jocelyn, the births of his precious daughters, Nicole and Stephanie, and the births of his grandchildren, Koa and Kanoe.
Steven’s hobbies and past time activities were playing baseball, kayaking and golfing. He enjoyed all kinds of music, with no favorite songs in particular.
He is survived by wife, Jocelyn Redona; daughters, Nicole Nelson and Stephanie Carnahan; two grandchildren; father, Bill Carnahan; mother, Joan Hilliard; and brother, Scott Carnahan.
Scattering of ashes to be held at 9:30a.m., Sunday November, 9, 2014 at Canoe Beach in Lahaina
