Teresita Santiago "Mama Tess" Miguel, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away September 11, 2016 at the age of 68. Born in Laoag City, Philippines on October 25, 1947 to parents Jose Santiago and Maura Miguel Santiago, Teresita was a retired pantry worker and cook at the JW Ihilani Marriott Resort.
Teresita is survived by her husband, Modesto Miguel; sons, Rey (Maricel) Miguel and Ike Miguel; daughters, Jeanette (Ronald) Baltero and Judith (Scott) Chreitzberg; brothers, Eusebio (Leonora) Santiago, Mario (Perlita) Santiago, Samuel (Michel) Santiago; sisters, Caridad (Joe) Lorenzo and Marcelina (Jorge) Salvador; grandchildren, Michael Baltero and Regan Baltero.
There will be a visitation from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744. Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 12 noon. A luncheon will follow at Valley of the Temples Chapel lanai from 12:30-2:00 p.m.
