Gerald: thank for stopping by the Proton Beam get together at the Kailua SDA Church last night, April 8, 2013. Unfortunately, I was not aware of Terrance's passing. I met Terrance only once at the UsTOO meeting but was impressed by his openness and willingness to undertake a lesser-known procedure for prostate cancer. I am glad that he had the PBT treatment and experienced the generosity and goodwill of the Loma Linda community, which I also experienced in 2008. My personal and organization's condolences to you and your family. May he rest in peace.

Allen and Gerald, Alvin and I are so very sorry to learn of the passing of Terrance. We are very much overwhelmed with this for it was not long ago that we were together at Ige's having so much fun reminiscing of the good ole days. Of course he and Al got into their baseball days and the rest was history. We are so happy that we had this time with Terrance and add this time together to our memories. We probably will not be able to attend the celebration of his life because we have several doctors appointments that could not be changed however, know that you will all be in our thoughts and prayers. Times like this makes us realize the importance of coming together with friends of long ago, just to talk story. As I have said before we are so glad we got to spend that special time with Terrance, he surely will be missed. We know is in in Heaven on that great big diamond throwing out his pitches and showing all his talents. He is now amongst the angels pitching the game of his life! Soar high with the angels Terrance and we thank you for being such a good friend! Love, Al and Jill##imported-begin##Jill Martin Torres##imported-end##

To the family of Terrence Onuma - My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your brother and uncle. My family met Terry over 10 years ago as he was a good friend of my Uncle and Aunt (Buddy & Ruth Kobayashi). Last year Terry took my sister, brother-in-law, niece and I to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Poor Terry was in pain suffering from gout but he was a trooper. I considered Terry my brother. I will miss Terry and his beloved dog. I am in deep sorrow because Terry left us too soon. God Bless.##imported-begin##Steve Kohatsu##imported-end##
