Tetele Vai Acedo, age 53, of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, passed away peacefully in her hometown on April 26, 2026. Born and raised in Honolulu, Tetele carried the spirit of aloha with her throughout her life—kind, generous, and deeply devoted to her ʻohana.
Tetele will be remembered for her gentle heart, her unwavering love for her family, and the quiet strength she brought into every space she entered. Her presence was a source of comfort, and her laughter a gift to all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved siblings, Milla Acedo-Servito and Stanley Acedo, who will forever cherish her memory. Tetele also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored her and will continue to carry her love forward.
Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her. Tetele’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
