Celebrating the Life of Theresa Ann Reyes
March 5th, 1957 – August 12th, 2025
Today we celebrate the beautiful life of Theresa Ann Reyes, a woman whose kindness, generosity, hard work, and humility guided every step she took.
Born in Honolulu on March 5th, 1957, Theresa grew up valuing service to others. Those values led her to the healing profession, and she was especially proud to have a role as a nurse at Leahi Hospital. Whether comforting a patient or encouraging a colleague, Theresa’s gentle presence made long shifts feel lighter and proved that caring hearts still make the biggest difference in health care.
Family always came first for Theresa. She was a loving sister to Benjamin, Roland, and Clifford Reyes, and a devoted aunt who filled gatherings with laughter for her many nieces and nephews. Her late parents, Esidaro and Tiburcia Reyes, taught her the power of compassion, a legacy she carried forward every day.
Theresa passed away in Wahiawa on August 12th, 2025, leaving behind memories of warm hugs, ready smiles, and an unwavering willingness to help. Friends, co-workers, and relatives alike will remember how she quietly met every challenge with practical grace.
As we honor Theresa, let’s keep her spirit alive by showing extra patience, lending a hand where it’s needed, and finding joy in simple acts of care—just as she did.
Services to be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 9am to 1pm at valley of the Temples Trousdale Chapel. Burial to follow at 1pm.
