Timothy Daniel Labrador's Obituary
Timothy Daniel Labrador, affectionately known as “Uncle Timmy,” passed away at The Queen’s Medical Center Punchbowl in Honolulu, Hawaii, on March 31, 2026, at the age of 68.
He was born on December 24, 1957, in Wahiawā, Hawaii, to the late Francisco and Basilia Labrador.
From the North Shore, Oahu Timothy attended Kahuku High School and went on to work in construction. However, his true passion was fishing. A commercial fisherman by trade, he later became a fish broker and was well known at the local fish auction and the Waialua Farmers Market. There, he sold his famous pickle mango, smoked marlin, dried aku, poke bowls and fish plates; drawing both locals and visitors from afar who returned year after year to enjoy his ono (delicious) food. He loved boats, fishing, Volkswagen Beetles, and good food—but above all, he deeply loved and cherished his family.
He is survived by his six siblings: Frank Labrador (Di), Eddie Labrador (Joy), Larry Labrador (Regina), Lisa Edgar, Lesley Bacon (Martin), and James Labrador (Karilia), as well as his former wife, Aliki Labrador.
He will also be remembered by his nieces and nephews: Peter Labrador (Sabrina), Chanda Min (Rich), Nicole Labrador (Austin), Lucas Bacon, and Ayrton Bacon.
In addition, he is survived by his grandnieces and grandnephews: Liana, Miki, Frankie, Freya, Laʻa, Olina, and Micha.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date as the family makes arrangements during this time.
