Tito Constantino Cabacungan, Jr., 80, of Honolulu, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and is survived his wife, Lina, his children, Reynaldo (Mary), Ronie (Roselle), Raena, as well as 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
