Toribia Agmata Tuliao was born in Ilocos Norte Philippines on February 27, 1926 and passed away on August 30, 2020 at the age of 94. Surviving her are her children Cresente Tuliao, Efren Tuliao, Divina Garcia, Carnita Encomienda, and Thelmas Pintor. Toribia is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 21 great grand children. Private services to be held, please contact family.
