Trung Vihn Phan, 89, of Honolulu, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Thursday, October 12, 2023. He was born in Hanoi, Vietnam and is survived by his wife, Susan, his children, Hieu, Mary, as well as, his 2 grandchildren.
