Tsutomu Agena's Obituary
Tsutomu Agena, 88, of Honolulu, passed away May 12, 2016. He was born on the island of Kauai to parents Kamasuke Agena and Matsua Tengan Agena, and was a retired heavy-duty mechanic for HC&D (Honolulu Construction & Draying Co.) and Ameron.
He is survived by his wife, Mitsue "Mitsi"' Ishimine Agena; three sons, Delbert (Lisa) Agena, Kevin (Michelle) Agena, and Dwayne (Doreen) Agena; two brothers, Susumu Agena and Larry Agena; three sisters, Aki Oshiro, Alice Fukumoto and Lily Higashi; seven grandchildren.
Private Buddhist services over ashes, officiated by the Rev. Yuika Hasebe of Honpa Hongwanji Hawaii Betsuin, were held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
