Velma Francis Horner, 95, passed peacefully on March 13th, 2026 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was a loving aunty and kind person who enjoyed painting.
Velma was born on September 18th, 1930, also in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her life centered on family and simple artistic pursuits.
She is survived by her sister, Audrey Toguchi and numerous nephews and nieces. Private services will be held for Mrs. Horner.
