Venancio Pascua Jacinto's Obituary
Venancio Pascua Jacinto, 87, of Waipahu, Hawaii passed away on
March 16, 2019. Venancio was born on May 20, 1931 in Barangay 61, Cataban, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Lorenza (Pascua) and Silvestre Jacinto; he was the first-born twin of eight children.
He attended INCAT (Ilocos Norte College of Arts & Trades) in Laoag City, Philippines.
After graduation, he began his career as an automotive mechanic and opened his own auto repair business named Twin’s Motor Works & Welding Shop in Laoag City, Philippines.
He married Carolina Manuel Domingo on June 21, 1967 at St. William’s Cathedral in Laoag City, Philippines. He migrated to Hawaii in March 1995 and lived with his wife in Waipahu, Hawaii.
Venancio is survived by his loving wife, Carolina Domingo Jacinto; daughter, Mary Jane Jacinto (Bernard DelaCruz); granddaughter, Ziva DelaCruz; siblings, Feliza Andres, Balbina Mariano, Teodora (Conrado) Domingo, Marcelina (Jose) Domingo and Florante (Juanita) Jacinto; many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of life services for Venancio will be held on Saturday,
May 4, 2019 at the Valley of the Temples Mortuary – Trousdale Chapel; visitation from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m., service to begin at 9:30 a.m., with burial to follow 11:00 a.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park's Oceanview Terrace.
