Victorino Cabasa Oliveros was born in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on May 12, 1920 and passed away at home on August 30, 2020 at the age of 100. Victorino was part of the forth group of Sakadas (Filipino contract workers) to enter Hawaii in 1946. He is survived by his loving wife, Edralina "Liling"; sons, Timothy and Victorino Jr., and daughter, Evelyn; 3 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren."Due to COVID-19, services is limited.
