Virgilio Agustin Isidro, age 80, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2026.
Virgilio was born on September 30, 1945, in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, to Epi and Guillerma Isidro. He was raised in the Philippines, where he developed the strong work ethic, perseverance, and dedication to family that would guide him throughout his life.
He later married his beloved wife, Corazon Isidro, and together they built a loving family centered on faith, hard work, and unwavering support for one another. Virgilio was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who took great pride in the accomplishments and happiness of his family.
Virgilio is survived by his wife, Corazon; his daughter, Carolyn Van Hoogstaten; his son, Dennis Isidro; and his four cherished grandchildren. He was a loving patriarch whose kindness, guidance, and quiet strength left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
For many years, Virgilio worked as a construction worker in Hawaii, contributing to the growth and development of the community through his skilled labor and dedication. He was respected for his reliability, determination, and commitment to providing for his family.
Virgilio will be remembered for his humble nature, generous spirit, and deep love for his family. His legacy lives on through the values he instilled in his children and grandchildren and through the countless memories shared with those fortunate enough to know him.
Though he will be greatly missed, his family finds comfort in the love he gave so freely and the life he lived with dignity, hard work, and devotion.
