Virgilio “Vir” Lazaro Tabije, 88, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away in Waipahu, Hawaii on September 4, 2014. He was born in Cabangan, Zambales, and Philippines on November 21, 1925. He was a Purchase Manager and also a Commonwealth of the Philippines Army.
He is survived by wife, Elisa Tabije; sons, Rustom, Melchor, Gerry, Josefelito and Luisito Tabije; daughters, Myrna Gapasin and Titas E. Tabije; sister, Antonina Rellama; 22 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren
Inurnment to be held 11:00a.m., Monday September 22, 2014 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
