Celebrating the Journey of Virginia Pascua Padilla
October 6th, 1949 – February 3rd, 2026
“A Wonderful Woman who Loved to Travel”
Today we celebrate the beautiful life of Virginia Pascua Padilla. Her journey, filled with energy and discovery, stretched from October 6th, 1949 to February 3rd, 2026.
Born in Cagayan, Philippines, Virginia carried the spirit of her homeland wherever she went. She later made Honolulu, Hawaii her home, where she peacefully completed her remarkable story.
Virginia’s heart beat fastest when she was on the move. She explored Japan, Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Canada, and never missed a chance to feel the magic of Disneyland and Disney World.
Her drive showed in the workplace too. She was a Assistant Manager with the Salvation Army, bringing her steady focus to every task.
Friends and family will remember her as supportive, generous, compassionate, and hardworking. These traits shaped every choice she made and every hand she held.
Virginia now reunites with her late husband, Guillermo Padilla. She leaves bright memories with her daughters Sharon (Herbert) Padilla-Hu and Jenny (Philip) Padilla-Lee, and with her grandchildren Kaitlyn Lee, Donovan Hu, and Logan Lee. Siblings Larina Galla, Amante Galla, Andres Galla, Wilfredo Galla, and Fernando Galla also celebrate the bond they shared with her.
We carry her memory forward, thankful for every mile and moment Virginia shared with us.
