Walter Sadao Chock's Obituary
Walter Sadao Chock peacefully passed away on August 10, 2023 in Honolulu, Hawai'i, at the age of 87. He graduated from St. Louis High School, and was a longtime employee of Pearl Harbor Navy Shipyard and the Honolulu Academy of Arts. He is survived by his daughter Ariadne N. Cook, son Michael D. Chock (Satyavati “Sati”), granddaughter Emmeline R.N. Chock, sisters Francine “Amy” Ige (Henry), Susan Yee (Allen), and Sharon Gaboya (Nelson “Gabby”), brother Robert Chock (Carrie), and many nieces and nephews. His service will be on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Valley of the Temples Main Chapel. The visitation is at 10:00 am, followed by the service at 10:30 am, and the reception to follow. The burial is at 1:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
