John Woo
Bruddah Wendell, it's been almost two years since you "passed", yet when I see your picture on this web site, I can only feel the tremendous loss and sadness without you and Bruddah Patrick. The two youngest brothers of six were destined to outlive the four oldest and take care the family. But fate / karma determined that not to be true. You displayed kindness, love of family and always with a calm, quiet yet confident demeanor. Pat was always on the "kolohe" side yet he brought happiness, playfulness and a joyful spirit with him that was infectious to all of us! It's unfortunate that we didn't spend as much time as we could, but such is life. If there is anything to learn from all of this is, "Life is short, enjoy what you have now, to the fullest & be happy"!
I will always remember my two youngest brothers with regret for not sharing more time with them. Now that they are both gone, I do miss them terribly with all the emotions that sadness brings. There will be no more ukulele playing and singing by Patrick. There will be no more poker playing or funny stories from Wendell.
To my two youngest brothers, Wendell & Patrick, I love you both & I miss you guys.
Aloha, John
