Wilfredo dela Pena Lingat's Obituary
Wilfredo dela Pena Lingat age 78, loving father of five and adoring husband to Perlita Lingat , passed away in the early hours of 02nd October 2022. Wilfredo “Freddie” was born in 1944 in Philippines and grew up surrounded by his large family, He had 5 other siblings . Freddie was influenced by his family to be a loving and caring person, always giving his time to others, and he incorporated that into his fatherhood. He met his wife Perlita in 1966 ,they were neighbors in the Philippines ,they went to school together and they fell in love instantly and knew they both shared a love for family and decided to start their own. As a father he was generous, loving and kind. He never told any of his 5 children off, and spoiled them as much as he possibly could. He worked abroad in Saudi Arabia for two years to provide for his family. Freddie and Perlita migrated to the United Stated in 2000 to be with their son .He worked as a maintenance worker for Country Club Villages.He was well loved by the company and received numerous honors and awards.
He finally retired in 2015 but he continued to work around the house to keep him busy.

“Dad, you are in my thoughts and prayers every single day. I cannot put into words how much I will miss you but I know that you are going to a place much better than here, where you will be treated like the angel that you are.”
Freddie is survived by his wife Perlita, 5 children ,Priscilla, Myra, Marvin, Grace, Rowena, and 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.. Freddie will be coming home to the Philippines and will be laid to rest in Angeles City.
