William "Bill" Keliiohikukui Aki Jr.'s Obituary
William "Bill" Keliiohikukui Aki, Jr., 79, of Kailua, Hawaii has passed away on July 6, 2017 in Kailua, Hawaii. He was born to Marjorie L. (Ahi) and William K. Aki, Sr. on May 3, 1938 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He Retired as an Operator with the Operating Engineers; Local 3.
Bill is survived by his wife of 59 years, Shirley P. Aki; son, Destry K. Aki; daughters, Chantal L. (Nestor) Aki- Marquez and Chelsea A. (Richard) Hornauer; brother, Sydney (Alverna) Aki; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Bill devoted his life to his loving family and yet enjoyed the outdoors by being an avid Golf player. He was also a year around football fan of the Oakland Raiders and was shown with the little trinkets he collected of the Raiders. He will be greatly missed and forever be in the hearts of the one's he loved the most, his family.
Funeral services for Bill will be on Saturday August 19, 2017 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. with services to begin at 10:30 a.m. There will be a burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery; Mt. Calvary II.
