William Yates Keliinoi Jr's Obituary
William Yates Keliinoi Jr of Honolulu passed away peacefully on Friday September 13, 2019. Mahalo Ke Akua for our dads 96 good years on this earth. He was oldest of eight children born in Hilo, Hawaii to William Yates Keliinoi Sr and Mary Faustina Keliinoi. Survived by his sister Marie Moniz, and predeceased by brothers Samuel, Edward, Alfred and Richard Keliinoi, sisters Betty Burton and Bernice Wendell.
William retired from federal government service in 1980 after 36 years with US Pearl Harbor Shipyard and later Public Works Center. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Dorothy N Keliinoi and oldest daughter Lucy K Morse. He is survived by sons, William K. (Sharon) Keliinoi and Johnnie Pinto, daughters Bernie Keliinoi Takabayashi, Gini Pinto, Penny Brodie and Dorothy (Armand) Morgenstein, 18 grandchildren, 30 great grands, 10 great great grands and 1 great great great granddaughter. Service will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 at Valley of the Temples Mortuary. Visitation: 9:00 am Service: 10:30 am Burial: 12:00 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery.
