William Masanobu Nagafuchi's Obituary
William Masanobu Nagafuchi, 91, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016. He was born to Kichitaro Nagafuchi and Hatsuyo Takayama on May 14, 1924 in Honolulu. He was a retired electronic technician for the Federal Aviation Administration and a United States Army Veteran.
William was a graduate of McKinley High School, Class of 1942 and a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering on June 22, 1950.
He is survived by daughters, Laurie M. Nagafuchi and Jill M. Nagafuchi-Gregory; brother, Shigenobu Nagafuchi; and sister-in-law, Matsuko Nagafuchi.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Lois C. Nagafuchi and siblings, Takeshi Nagafuchi, Ethel M. Fujishige, Hiroshi Nagafuchi, Ted M. Nagafuchi, Yoshio Nagafuchi and Florence M. Nagafuchi.
Mr. Nagafuchi’s celebration of life service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at Diamond Head Mortuary; visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. and service to begin at 6:00 p.m. Family requests that his inurnment be private.
