Xuan Luu, 67 of Honolulu, passed away on November 3, 2021 in Honolulu. She was born on June 17, 2021 in Kampot, Cambodia to Lien and Anh Thi Luu. She worked as a hairdresser before retiring. She is survived by her parents and siblings.
