Yolanda "Yoyo" Mapuana Alameda's Obituary
Yolanda “Yoyo” Mapuana Alameda, 61, of Waimanalo, Hawaii passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at the St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, Nevada. She was born on November 27, 1954 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Sabas Vismonte Idian Jr. and Elizabeth Kawaihilo De Lima. She was a resident advisor with the Hawaii Job Corps Center located in Waimanalo, Hawaii.
He is survived by husband, Alfred “Choppas” Alameda;
sons; Sheldon “Suki” (Jamie) Alameda and Isaiah (Nicole) Alameda; daughters, Brandy “Ulu” Alameda; parents: Sam and Elizabeth Idian; brother: Nate De Lima; sisters, Debbie Martin, Leonora Kaonohi, and Michelle Idian; eight grandchildren, Kapena Alameda, Makaio Alameda, Sarah Alameda, Sophie Alameda, Aukai Alameda, Alohi Alameda, Keola Alameda and Mahana Alameda and one great-grandchild, Keahi Alameda.
Kahu George Naipo of Ekalesia the Foundation of Jesus Christ will be presiding over service.
Visitation 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 10:30 a.m.
