Zosima Rondal Gamayo Aurellano's Obituary
Zosima Rondal Gamayo Aurellano, age 75, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away January 12, 2018 at Queen's Medical Center. She was born October 7, 1942 in Darat Pinili, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to parents Pedro Nuesca Gamayo and Tomasa Rondal Gamayo, and was a retired ward aide at St. Francis Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Paulino D. Aurellano and brother Clemente Gamayo.
Zosima is survived by a brother, Lito (Venie) Gamayo; sister, Eugenia (Wilfred) Balbas; daughters, Grace Zelda A. (Juddson) Winchester, Angela (Kham) Calo, Marilyn (Adam) Rogers; grandchildren, Jonathon David Kamaalewa Winchester, Kelsey Calo, Khrystina Calo, Austyn Calo, Alexandre Calo, Cole Rogers, Lucas Rogers, Brooklyn Rogers; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:30- 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at St. Stephen Catholic Church (2747 Pali Highway, Honolulu 96817); Liturgy of the Word will be said at 7:00 p.m.
An additional visitation will be on Thursday, February 22, 2018, from 8:30-10:00 a.m. again at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 10:15 a.m. with burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Cemetery at 12:00 p.m.
