Ralph And Debby Morris
I first met George and Kathleen in 1967 when they arrived on Oahu to become members of the Western Union “family” working at NAVCOMSTA Oahu supporting a DoD communications system. Working with George, II soon realized that he was a highly intelligent, sincere person. My late wife, Joyce, hit it off quickly with Kathleen. We had no children and George and Kathleen kindly shared Rodney, Colin, Stacey and Laura with us. (Rhonda and Gregory were born after we returned to the mainland). Years later we returned to Oahu to attend Laura and Mitch’s wedding. My second wife, Debby, recalls how warmly she was received by George and Kathleen. They were people of great faith and kindness, and we will hold their memories in our hearts as a blessing from God.
