Guillermo Gutierrez Tabile 's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Guillermo Gutierrez Tabile, age 70, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii. Passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 24, 2013. He was born on March 27, 1943 in Anao, Tarlac, Philippines to Manuel Maddela Tabile and Esperanza Gutierrez and was the oldest of three children. He attended Anao Elementary School, Central Luzon High School in Paniqui, Tarlac and Feati University in Manila. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation he began his career as a special tool designer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He retired in 2006 after serving 36 years. He was also a United States Navy Veteran. After retirement he was a loving husband, father, and popo to his grandchildren and enjoyed spending quality time with his loved ones. He was married to Blossom Ululani Watson on August 21, 1971 at the Judiciary Building in Honolulu, Hawaii. His most important events were joining the Navy, being a hard worker at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, graduating from college, getting married, becoming a father, and being a grandparent to his grandkids. He was a smart, educated, giving person, caring, and a good family provider. His favorite hobbies, activities and past time were listening to the news on talk radio, cooking, reading the newspaper, building things and videotaping events. He enjoyed listening to Hawaiian music, "Lucille" by Kenny Rogers, and Anne Murray's Song "You Needed Me" and songs by Melveen Leed. Guillermo is survived by his wife, Blossom W. Tabile; daughters, Leilani Tabile and Kristy Tabile; son, Guillermo (Rose) Tabile III; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kainoa and Anela Tabile; sister, Marietta Tabile Gutierrez; and brother, Leonardo (Kathy) Tabile.
His funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and service will begin at 6:30 p.m. Committal service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
