The first time I met Jeff Olson he was coming in for a welding test I remember the long hair that he had and tied back and this huge smile I could tell right away that Jeff what the leader not a follower soon as he picked up the gun I could tell right away that he's going to be a good fit for this company I miss him very dearly take care
