Lyle Keanu Alloy-Glover's Obituary
Lyle Keanu Alloy-Glover, 20, of Kaneohe, Oahu, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015. He was the youngest of five children born in Honolulu, Hawaii on January 10, 1995 to Arnold Edward Glover Jr. and Bernadine Jean (Alloy) Amado. He was a Barista at Starbucks Coffee, Kaneohe Bay drive thru and also assisted at other locations; Kailua, Enchanted Lakes, and the Kahala drive thru.
Lyle attended St. Ann’s Catholic School, Kaneohe Elementary School, then he spent his teenage years attending Damien Memorial High School. After graduation he attended Windward Community College. Lyle had too many friends to mention, he came across so many people and touched so many lives. He was involved with St. Ann’s troop 113 – from Tiger Club to Eagle Scout. He enjoyed an array of sports such as; Football, Baseball, Basketball, Dodge Ball, Soccer, Jr. Lifeguards, Track, Swimming and especially the beach.
He is survived by parents, Arnold E. (Debra) Glover and Bernie J. Amado; brothers, Albert “Tito” E. Amado of Arizona, Eric A. (Janice) Amado of Colorado, John C. Amado of Kaneohe, Sean Alloy-Craig of Kawelu; sisters, Michelle Wozniak of Wisconsin and Stephanie (Greg) White of Wisconsin; niece, Emily Amado; many aunts, uncles and cousins; maternal grandmother, Bunny Dominguez; god-mother, Sarina Alloy. Preceded in death by his adopted maternal grandparents, Jessie and Ernie Alloy and paternal grandfather Arnold “Hap” Glover Sr.
Visitation: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 14, 2015 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kaneohe; eulogy at 11:00 a.m.; Mass to begin: 11:15 with burial 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Celebration of life to follow at Hokuloa Recreation Center.
