When I recall some of the many wonderful memories Naomi and I shared, here lives a heart gratefully satisfied! Our main connection began as we served happily in our elder care work surroundings for 10+ years. I still and will always cherish those fond memories made during work and post work together. most especially, when it came to assisting with our beloved Kupuna and their family members. Our work attitude and focus were so similar in many ways. It was a true privilege to have shared in Naomi’s life! She was gifted in so many ways and willingly passed them along. Till this day, whenever I hear the tune “Waikiki†being played, Naomi comes to mind for me! Such a beautiful hula dancer and one magnificent smile you cannot forget!Family meant the world to Naomi and I believe she saw that in Darrell too before they married… The tribute to you, your children wrote brings much joy to the heart and beams with allegiance!Until we meet again sis, remember that theme song that you helped put in place at the center, don’t worry be happy!!!##imported-begin##Anarita Kanahele##imported-end##
