During a visit to Oahu, I met Paul for the 1st time. He has such a great smile and warmth about him. When I mentioned I wanted to eat “loco moco”, which I was told was a local Hawaiian favorite food, Paul just erupted with a huge laugh and said “no way”, but ok I’ll find you some loco moco….and he did.
