Robert “Boy” Alton Burns, Jr., was born on April 3, 1947 at Tripler Medical Center on Oahu. He was the second child, and only son of Robert Alton & Florence Burns, Sr. of Wailuku, Maui. He grew up on the island of Maui, where he a
