Bobby was one of the first guys that said "let me know if you need help" when I was hired as the Customer Service Supervisor in 1993. Bobby and I believed that employee morale is the best thing to help customers and make the Company better. We had activities to get everyone together outside of work. We had picnics and one of my best memories was when we moved from Pier 24 to Pier 40 and we gathered everyone to have a beautification day on a Sunday. We planted trees and grass at the entrance to the pier and cleaned up the pier to show how proud we were to work at Young Brothers.
From beginning to end, Bobby was always someone I could count on. On the day I retired, Bobby gathered everyone for a group picture which I will always treasure.
Bobby, thank you for being a great person to work with.
Until we meet again, Shirley Lee
