We were shocked to hear of Dear Nana's passing!! We grieve of any pain she might have endured as well as any pain you might be feeling. Dear Salera Ohana,
From the first time I met Sarah, I was taken by her beauty and elegance. She is the epitome of a beautiful, gracious, ha'aha'a (humble) Hawaiian woman. Wherever you see her, she is always so amazingly beautiful. When I first saw her dance hula, I was shocked and couldn't take my eyes off of her. As a fellow hula dancer, her level of skill was crazy amazingly impressive. I wish I could be as beautiful of a dancer as Sarah. When I spent time with her husband Narcis and their beautiful ohana, I could feel their love. Her children really are a reflection of their love as a family and their love for God. We are deeply saddened by her passing, and we are also comforted knowing that she is in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ. We have been praying for the family and ask that our wonderful God comforts the Salera and Hanamaika'i family during this most challenging time. Much love and peace.
Greetings family! I met Sarah a few summers ago when me and my wife visited Hawaii. I’ve known Narcis since childhood. Sarah handmade leis for me and my wife when we all met for dinner one day during our visit. She was so kind and glowing with love and happiness. I will always cherish those moments and send my deepest condolences to the family.
