He is survived wife, Elizabeth L. Chang; sons, Vernon K.N. Chang and Wilbur K.Y.H. Chang; daughters, Wilma (Randall) Kobayashi and Pamela (Mark) Maetani; 6 grandchildren, Erin and Ian Kobayashi, Sherron L.J. Chang Galase, Brandon Chang, Micah and Matthew Maetani and 5 great-grandchildren, Kawehiokalanikaulu Carter-Chang, Keahinani and Kealohalani Chang, Haylee Chang and Carys Murakami; visitation: 10:30a.m.12:00p.m.; Thursday (6/7) at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service at 12:00p.m.; burial 2:00p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
